ABOUT PEACEFUL CROSSINGS
We get it: No one wants their last moments with their pet to be in a clinical setting. It’s stressful for you and your pet.
We believe in making your last memory with your pet a loving, comforting one in the privacy of your home.
We understand how excruciatingly difficult it is to make the decision to end the life of your companion, no matter the circumstances. Add on top of that the stress of taking your sick, old, and/or fearful pet to their local veterinary clinic for their very last moments on Earth. It’s heartbreaking. But the reality of the situation is that most pet owners will have to make this decision at some point in their pet’s lives. We want to make this entire process as stress-free as possible by offering the option of saying goodbye in a safe, comfortable, and familiar environment. All while surrounded by the family that they love. This could be in your living room, backyard, or their favorite park.
Meet Dr. Samantha Sellers!
Dr. Samantha Sellers obtained her doctorate at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. After 5 years of being a small animal general practitioner, Dr. Sellers decided to branch out into a field that she has become very passionate about over the years: end-of-life care. Seeing the need for in-home euthanasia services in our community, she started Peaceful Crossings In-Home Pet Euthanasia in early 2023. She completed her expert training in the area of in-home euthanasia with The Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA) in 2022.
