Text is our preferred method of communication when it comes to brief questions, but do not hesitate to call if you would like to speak to someone directly. Our amazing office manager, Kama, is happy to help assist you in any way that she can!
We will return all missed calls, texts, and emails within 24 hours (but normally by end of day). If we do not respond immediately, please be patient. We are likely helping another family say goodbye to their best friend.
We do not offer emergency euthanasias. If you have an emergency, please contact your local veterinary clinic. If after hours, please contact the Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Southwest Missouri at (417) 890-1600. They are located at 400 South Glenstone Avenue, Springfield, MO 65802.

Please note that we do NOT provide services to aggressive animals. This means growling at strangers, being unable to hold, give injections to, etc.
